I've become a cat lady

You know those people that talk about there cats all the time? And you are thinking to yourself "this person needs to get a life." Well I have become one of those people...

These two little kittens have captured my attention and I get nothing done while I'm at home, NOTHING. They are so cute and they snuggle so well I can't keep my eyes off of them.

The striped one is Iggy and the solid grey one is Ruth. Yes like Fried Green Tomatoes my favorite movie...

Its been a long time since I've had kittens and these two didn't have a mom because she got ran over so I found myself researching things on the internet, I need a man FAST!

Crap

Recently Esther was hired at my work, Revenue Science. Shortly after her first day I got really sick and she wanted to cheer me up with a card and this perfect gift. These folders are very appropriate they say "Total Crap" "More Crap" and "Other Crap" that's perfect for me. I think I'm going to need more though because they are already full it seems everything that I get here at work ends up in one of these folders...

Thank you Esther for the wonderful and perfect gift. Don't I look cute in this picture! :)

Kate Voegele

About a week ago I attended the Kate Voegele concert with my cousin Alex. Alex recently graduated from Puyallup High School so this was my gift to her. Kate is just starting to rise in popularity so we took advantage of the fact that this is probably the only time we will get to see her in a more intimate venue. Those of you that have attended concerts with me know that God has this weird blessing over my life that I run into or get the opportunity to meet most of the artists. Don't ask me how or for tips because it has nothing to do with me. So after the concert Alex and I got to meet her. She is very humble and sweet though we couldn't get a picture taken with her because of time. I introduced Alex to her because I was trying to avoid her Tyler Hilton/Gavin DeGraw incident. A few years back we got to meet Tyler and Gavin and when one of them looked in our direction (barely) Alex let a little girl scream out followed by a little dance. Then once she actually got close enough to talk to them she choked and couldn't even remember her name. So this time we worked on what she was going to say ahead of time and I introduced her so she wouldn't have to remember who she was.

It was an excellent concert and Alex didn't make a fool of herself!

Oh and now my blog is more up to date then Esther's, HA!
